Thermo adds control system to cut bioreactor setup times

Thermo Fisher Scientific has introduced single-use bioreactors that use a control system to cut setup times.

Both the 50L and 250L single-use bioreactors combine vessels from Thermo with control systems from Finesse. By using the control platform Thermo expects to cut the time taken to setup the system before a production run.

Our customers have been asking us to help them with faster implementation of single-use systems, and our HyPerforma SUB TK solution addresses this need without compromising on technology and performance”, said Millie Ullah, senior product manager for single-use technology at Thermo, said.
